Individual Sessions
I offer several payment options, including select insurances and self-pay.
Insurance: I am in network with Aetna and
Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield (Virginia) insurance.
Out of Network: I am able to provide a superbill if you wish to to seek reimbursement from your insurer using your out-of-network benefits. See self pay section below for rates.
Self Pay: For who do not wish to work through their insurance, I offer 60-minute virtual sessions at $160 per session, and a limited number of 90-minute virtual sessions at $200. Both are offered on a weekly or biweekly basis.
Sliding scale sessions are limited and start at $110.
Appointments are typically the same day and time each week.

Relationship Therapy
I offer 60-minute virtual sessions at $200 per session, and a limited number 90-minute virtual sessions at $250 per session.
After our initial joint session, I meet with each partner for an individual session before meeting again as a group. Optionally, I can meet with each partner individually if therapy encounters a "stuck point." These sessions are billed at my individual hourly rate.
I offer relationship therapy on a private-pay basis and do not bill insurance for couples work. This allows our work to focus on the relationship itself rather than requiring one partner to be identified as the client or tying treatment to an individual mental health diagnosis.
I do not see individuals within a partnership for ongoing individual therapy and will refer individuals to other providers if needed.
